ResidentOS provides software, analytics, and related services designed to support property management and resident engagement. Certain services may be delivered directly or through affiliated offerings such as HeyNeighborly.

2. Eligibility

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe account security has been compromised or these Terms have been violated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide such data.

All ResidentOS content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by or licensed to ResidentOS. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Third Party Services

The platform may integrate with or link to third party tools or services. ResidentOS is not responsible for third party products, services, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResidentOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to ResidentOS for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResidentOS and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
