BlackField Management no longer captured the scope of what we do.
We’ve evolved from a marketing partner into a retention partner — helping communities reduce turnover, manage reputation, and create places where residents want to stay.
“HeyNeighborly” better reflects that focus on people, connection, and community.
👥 Does this change affect our partnership?
No.
If you’re already working with us, nothing changes operationally. Contracts, billing, and services all remain the same.
The difference is what you’ll see moving forward: a refreshed identity, a sharper story, and an even stronger commitment to results.
⚡ What does “powered by ResidentOS” mean?
HeyNeighborly is part of something bigger: the ResidentOS™ platform.
